The crown jewel is the Hiisi configurator: the customer builds their bike component by component (travel, forks, shocks, wheels, finishes) with pricing updating in real time. There are over 100,000 possible builds. When the deal is made, the order flows into a custom Staff app for managing builds, margins and invoicing. The customer follows their own bike through production on a personal My Hiisi page. We designed the whole chain together with AI, and AI built it.
